中化国际招标有限责任公司受北京航天发射技术研究所委托对下列产品及服务进行国际公开招标。现邀请合格投标人参加投标。
1. 招标产品的名称、数量和技术参数：
动态应力测试系统，1套
3.1总体要求：
*3.1.1 提供的仪器设备必须是全新、功能完整、质量合格、无损伤、未使用过的成套设备，采用国际单位制单位。
*3.1.2 多种信号同步采集，包括应变（电桥型）、电压、电流、振动等模拟量，通断、脉冲、频率（不少于12通道）等数字量，以及CAN总线信号(不少于2通道)等，以及不少于192通道模拟信号输入。

2. 招标文件售价：每套1000元或160美元。文件售后不退，邮购须另加100元人民币或15美元。

1. Name, quantity and technical parameters of the bidding products:

3.1 General requirements
*3.1.1 The instrument equipment provided must be a complete set of brand-new, functionally complete, damage-free and unused equipment with good quality and the units shall be subject to the international system of units (SI).
*3.1.2 Multi signals can be synchronously acquired, including the analog quantity: strain (electric bridge type), voltage, current and vibration, etc. and the digital quantity: on/off, pulse and frequency (not less than 12 channels), etc. and CAN bus signal (not less than 2 channels) as well as not less than 192-channel analog signal input.
