【摘要】 该淤浆高效加热器运用特殊结构和功能(起引流和扰动、溶解-溶胀),既使黏度高、易结垢的特殊流体不至于黏结,又能使介质按原定的操作原理流动状态达到全负荷的换热效果。由于钢丝在换热管内的不断扰动,促使列管内表面的滞留层厚度减薄,促进液膜在层流状态下,靠钢丝的扰动使淤浆液体产生湍流扰动作用,从而大大增加和强化传热效率。具有高效节能、结构紧凑、换热效率高、分布均匀、线性流动好等特点。
【英文摘要】 The high efficiency heated sludge reactor presented in this article has the characteristics of energy saving,compact structure,high efficiency of heat transfer,homogeneous distribution,good linear floating and advanced technique.By using specific structure which have the functions of flow guiding,disturbing,dissolving and expanding,not only the specific fluid which has high viscosity and is easy to be fouled will not be in cohesion,but also the full heat transfer effect for the fluid can be reached under th...
