因多拉玛和Dhunseri石化计划组建合资企业合并印度PET业务

　　据周一提交给孟买股票交易所的一份文件显示，印度Dhunseri石化公司和泰国聚酯生产巨头因多拉玛公司已经同意组建一家合资企业在印度国内和出口市场生产和销售聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯（PET），双方在该合资公司所持股权相等。Dhunseri石化公司将收购因多拉玛公司旗下Micro Polypet位于印度哈里亚纳邦Panipat的一套21.6万吨/年PET装置50%股权，同时因多拉玛公司将收购Dhunseri石化公司位于西孟加拉邦霍尔迪亚的一套48万吨/年的PET装置50%股权。该交易预计在今年下半年完成，不过还有待监管机构的批准。这两套装置将令合资企业的PET产能达到近70万吨/年，占据印度PET总产能的约38%。

　　Dhunseri Petrochem (Kolkata) and Indorama Ventures (IVL; Bangkok), a major producer of polyester, have agreed to enter into an equally owned joint venture to produce and sell polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin in the Indian and export markets, according to a Monday filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. Dhunseri will buy a 50% stake in Micro Polypet’s 216,000 m.t./year PET plant at Panipat, Haryana, owned by IVL. IVL, in turn, will acquire a 50% share in Dhunseri’s carved out PET unit at Haldia, West Bengal with 480,000 m.t./year of PET capacity. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2016, subject to regulatory approvals. The two facilities will give the jv 700,000 m.t./year PET capacity, accounting for about 38% of Indias total.
