巴斯夫计划出售光引发剂业务

据悉，巴斯夫公司拒绝就公司正在出售旗下光引发剂业务的报导作出评论，光引发剂业务是巴斯夫旗下分散体和颜料部门的一部分。彭博社周五引用知情人士的话报导，巴斯夫已经聘请顾问帮助出售该业务。

巴斯夫表示，公司是全球性能添加剂的领导者，尤其是光引发剂和光稳定剂领域。2015年巴斯夫旗下分散体和颜料业务部门实现销售收入46亿欧元（53亿美元）。2014年巴斯夫公司提升了位于意大利莫尔塔拉的光引发剂产量和效率。该装置已经成为全球最大的光引发剂生产装置之一。

Report: BASF to sell photoinitiators business

BASF declined to comment on reports that it is in the process of selling its photoinitiators business, which forms part of its dispersions & pigments operation. Bloomberg on Friday reported that BASF has hired advisors to help market the business, quoting people familiar with the situation.

BASF says it is the global leader in performance additives, particularly of photoinitiators and light stabilizers. In 2015 the dispersions & pigments business reported sales of €4.6 billion ($5.3 billion). The company in 2014 boosted its photoinitiator production and efficiency at Mortara, Italy. The site is one of the largest in the world for the production of photoinitiators.
