新印签署开发小规模LNG解决方案谅解备忘录

　　据国外媒体8月26日新加坡报道，根据新加坡《商业时报》，新加坡主权基金淡马锡控股有限公司麾下的投资组合公司Pavilion能源公司25日在新加坡与印尼国家石油公司签署了一项有关在本地区开发小规模LNG解决方案的谅解备忘录。

　　根据谅解备忘录，两家公司将努力探索本地区小规模LNG项目、联合营销、交易、采购和投资的机会。

　　Pavilion能源公司的一名发言人对《商业时报》记者说，这项谅解备忘录将支持双方在开发本地区能源解决方案中的利益并促进两家公司之间更紧密合作。

　　市场消息人士对Rigzone说，印尼时下正在寻求开发小规模的LNG解决方案来满足国内对天然气不断增加的需求。小规模LNG解决方案提供的灵活性可以在一定程度上满足印尼没有管网连接的偏僻地区的天然气需求。

Pavilion Energy Pte Ltd., a portfolio firm of Singapores sovereign fund Temasek Holdings (Pte) Ltd., inked a memorandum of understanding (MOU) Thursday with Indonesias national oil company PT Pertamina to develop small scale liquefied natural gas (LNG) solutions in the region, according to Singapores Business Times.

Under the MOU, both companies will work to explore opportunities in regional small-scale LNG projects, joint marketing, trading, procurement and investments.

This MOU supports the parties interests in developing energy solutions in the region, and fosters closer collaboration between the two parties, a Pavilion Energy spokesman said, as quoted by Business Times.

Market sources told Rigzone that Indonesia is looking to tap small scale LNG solutions to meet rising energy needs. The flexibility offered by small scale LNG solutions could go some way to meeting local gas demand in remote areas in Indonesia that are not linked by pipeline networks.
