中国燃料出口仍由国有企业主导

　　据道琼斯9月8日消息，标准普尔全球普氏能源资讯中国能源专家Song Yenling表示，尽管中国地方炼油厂的成品油产量增加，但是中国的汽油和柴油等成品油的出口仍由国有企业主导。她表示，地方炼油厂新增的成品油产量正在满足国内越来越多的需求，迫使国有炼油企业加大成品油出口力度。

Chinas Fuel Exports Still Dominated by State-Owned Companies

[Dow Jones] Despite the rise of Chinas independent refineries, known as teapots, a majority of Chinas exports of refined products such as gasoline and diesel are still shipped out by state-owned enterprises, says Song Yenling, a China specialist at S&P Global Platts. She notes the increased barrels of refined products produced by the teapots are meeting more and more of the domestic demand, leading the SOEs to push their products out the export markets.
