壳牌以8000万美元价格出售在丹麦的下游业务

　　据道琼斯伦敦9月16日消息，壳牌周四称，公司将以8000万美元的价格出售位于丹麦的下游业务，这是公司将下游业务集中在最有竞争力地区的战略的一部分。

　　壳牌已经将丹麦的A/S Dansk Shell出售给丹麦 Olieselskab 公司，A/S Dansk Shell包含日产能7万桶的Fredericia炼油厂以及本地贸易和供应业务。出售价格包括营运资本。

Shell Sells Downstream Business in Denmark for $80M

LONDON--Royal Dutch Shell PLC (RDSB.LN) said Thursday that it is selling its downstream business in Denmark for $80 million, as part of its strategy to concentrate downstream operations on areas where it can be most competitive.

The major oil company has sold A/S Dansk Shell in Denmark, which consists of the 70,000 barrels-a-day Fredericia refinery and local trading and supply activities, to Dansk Olieselskab ApS. The sale price includes working capital.

The sale is expected to complete in 2017, subject to regulatory approval, Shell said.
