安哥拉明年或将对所有燃料进口举行国际招标

　　据国外媒体12月19日伦敦报道，安哥拉国家石油公司（Sonangol）周一（19日）表示，为了减少成本，安哥拉在2017年可能对所有燃料进口举行国际招标。

　　安哥拉此举可能会损害瑞士大宗商品贸易公司托克公司，后者在过去10多年里一直是安哥拉最大的燃料供应商。

　　安哥拉国家石油公司总裁伊莎贝尔?桑托斯对《金融时报》记者说，该公司计划彻底检查和改革其购买汽油、柴油和烹饪用气的方式。

　　Angola Could Hold Tenders for All Fuel Imports Next Year

　　Sonangol, Angolas state-controlled oil company, said on Monday it could hold international tenders for all fuel imports next year to cut costs, the Financial Times reported.

　　A move could hurt Swiss commodities trading company Trafigura, which has been the largest supplier of fuel to Angola for more than a decade.

　　Isabel Santos, chair of Sonangol, told the Financial Times the company planned to overhaul the way it buys petrol, diesel and cooking gas.

　　Trafigura cashed in on Angolas growing fuel demands after the civil war in the country ended in 2002.

　　Trafigura reported a 13 percent drop in 2016 core earnings due to weak prices and the writedown of assets in Colombia and Brazil, and warned of more challenging trading conditions ahead.

　　Trafigura said it had no comment on the Financial Times story.
