去年欧佩克原油均价跌至过去12年来最低水平

　　据道琼斯1月19日消息，欧佩克最新月度报告称，2016年欧佩克成员国生产的原油平均价格（欧佩克一揽子油价）下跌至40.76美元/桶。这个数字是自2004年以来最低年平均价格，反映出了去年全球石油市场低迷的状况，尤其是上半年。低油价已经损害了欧佩克很多成员国的经济，并促使该组织在去年11月底同意减产150万桶/天。

　　The average price paid for crude produced by members of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, known as the OPEC Reference Basket, in 2016 sank to an average of $40.76 a barrel, according to the cartels monthly report. The figure was the lowest yearly average since 2004 and reflects the dire state of the global oil markets last year, particularly in the first six months. The low prices being paid for OPECs crude damaged many members economies, prompting the cartel to agree to cut output by 1.5 million barrels a day in late November.
