EIA：全球石油市场接近供需平衡

　　据道琼斯2月8日消息，美国能源信息署(EIA)称，全球石油市场已较近期任何时候都更接近供需平衡。EIA预期石油市场今年或明年将基本恢复平衡，并预期全球石油库存明年每天将下降10万桶，之前EIA预期库存将上升。 EIA预期石油市场供应趋紧的一个原因是修订了一些需求历史数据，包括向上修订了2016年中国石油消费数据。这并不意味着油价将大幅上升，EIA称，目前油价接近市场平衡水平。

　　EIA Sees Oil Markets Closer to Balance

　　Oil markets are closer to being balanced than any time at the recent past, according to the Energy Information Administration. The EIA says it expects oil markets to be largely in balance this year and next, and expects global inventories to fall by 100K barrels a day next year--a change from its previous forecast that inventories would build. One reason the EIA is anticipating tighter oil markets is that it has revised some historic demand figures, including an upward adjustment to 2016 Chinese oil consumption. That doesnt mean prices will rise much more--the EIA says current oil prices are near the point where the market balances.
