KBR赢得沙特Satorp炼油厂延长3年维护合同

    据阿拉伯贸易网2019年5月5日休斯敦报道，美国凯洛格·布朗 ·路特集团公司(KBR)表示，KBR日前已从沙特阿拉伯国家石油公司（沙特阿美） 与法国石油巨头道达尔公司的合资炼化企业Satorp炼油厂那里赢得了一份延长3 年的一般维护服务（GMS）合同。Satorp炼油厂位于沙特阿拉伯的朱拜尔市， 具有日加工44万桶原油的产能。

    美国KBR是一家为能源行业提供差异化专业服务和技术的全球供应商。KBR表 示，其与Satorp的战略合作伙伴关系有潜力推动整个行业改变目前的维护外包 理念。

    根据GMS合同的条款，KBR将通过其在当地的合资子公司继续为这个炼油厂的 大部分装置和设施如原油蒸馏装置、馏分油加氢裂解装置、硫磺回收装置、芳 烃、催化裂化装置、原油储罐和港口装卸设施提供预防、预测、纠正和停工维护 服务。 一位高级官员表示，KBR还将推动其经过验证的数字化转型计划，以最大限度地 提高资产利用率，将运营成本降至最低，并为客户提高资产回报率。

KBR will also drive its proven digital transformation initiatives to maximise asset utilisation, minimise opex and augment asset ROI for customers, said a senior official.
