康菲和温特斯豪将共同开发阿根廷内乌肯盆地

据油气杂志网站休斯顿报道，美国大陆菲利普斯公司（康菲公司/ConocoPhillips）日前与德国温特斯豪Dea公司（Wintershall Dea）签署了一项协议，收购后者位于阿根廷中部内乌肯省的两个区块（Aguada Federal区块和Bandurria Norte区块）的权益，并共同开发这两个区块。这两个区块在瓦卡姆尔塔页岩层中蕴藏着非常规石油和天然气资源。

康菲公司将获得Aguada Federal 区块的45%权益。担任作业者的温特斯豪Dea公司将保留该区块45%的权益(97平方公里)。剩下的10%权益由内乌肯省石油公司(GYP)持有。康菲公司还将收购附近的Bandurria Norte区块(105平方公里)50%的股份。温特斯豪Dea公司保留50%的股份并担任作业者。

温特斯豪Dea公司已经在这两个区块内进行了试点项目，目前正在进行生产测试。

这笔交易预计将在今年年内完成，但需要得到相关部门的批准。

ConocoPhillips, Wintershall to jointly develop Neuquen basin

ConocoPhillips has signed an agreement with Wintershall Dea to acquire interest in and jointly develop the Aguada Federal and Bandurria Norte blocks in the central Argentine province of Neuquen. The blocks hold unconventional oil and natural gas resources in the Vaca Muerta shale formation.

ConocoPhillips will acquire a 45% interest share in the Aguada Federal block. Wintershall, as operator, will retain a 45% share in the block (97 sq km). The remaining 10% are held by Gas y Petroleo del Neuquen SA (GYP). ConocoPhillips also will acquire a 50% share in the nearby Bandurria Norte block (105 sq km). Wintershall retains 50% and operatorship.

Wintershall has conducted pilot projects in both blocks and production testing is currently ongoing.

The transaction is expected to be closed this year, subject to approval by the relevant authorities.
