1月全球油气行业交易总额96.8亿美元

据油气新闻网站3月8日消息 根据GlobalData的交易数据库，2020年1月全球石油和天然气行业的交易总额为96.8亿美元。

与之前一个月相比下降了74.9%，与去年376.6亿美元的12个月平均值相比下降了74.3%。

就交易数量而言，油气行业的交易数量较过去12个月的平均水平下降了11.8%，为165宗，而平均水平为187宗。

就价值而言，北美以53亿美元的交易居首。

2020年1月，前五大油气交易占总价值的56.2%。

前五大油气交易的总价值为54.5亿美元，而1月的总价值为96.8亿美元。

GlobalData跟踪的2020年1月前五大石油和天然气行业交易包括：

Illuminate Buyer以27.3亿美元收购鲁玛斯技术；

英美资源集团以74156万美元收购Sirius Minerals；

英国第一石油公司与BP 6.25亿美元资产交易；

EnCap Flatrock Midstream与Edgewater Midstream 4亿美元私募股权交易。

Global oil & gas industry deals total $9.68bn in January 2020

Total oil & gas industry deals for January 2020 worth $9.68 billion were announced globally, according to GlobalData’s deals database.

The value marked a decrease of 74.9 per cent over the previous month and a drop of 74.3 per cent when compared with the last 12-month average of $37.66 billion.

In terms of number of deals, the sector saw a drop of 11.8 per cent over the last 12-month average with 165 deals against the average of 187 deals.

In value terms, North America led the activity with deals worth $5.3 billion.

The top five oil & gas deals accounted for 56.2 per cent of the overall value during January 2020.

The combined value of the top five oil & gas deals stood at $5.45 billion, against the overall value of $9.68 billion recorded for the month.

The top five oil & gas industry deals of January 2020 tracked by GlobalData were:

Illuminate Buyer’s $2.73 billion acquisition of Lummus Technology;

Anglo American’s $741.56m acquisition of Sirius Minerals;

The $625m asset transaction with BP by Premier Oil;

EnCap Flatrock Midstream’s private equity deal with Edgewater Midstream for $400 million.
