巴西国油在巴西盐下区发现新石油

据今日海上能源网站4月3日报道 巴西石油和天然气巨头巴西国家石油公司（Petrobras）已确认位于桑托斯盆地盐下Uirapuru区块的先驱井中存在石油。

巴西国家石油公司周四表示，这口先驱井位于桑托斯市海岸约200公里处，水深1995米，在勘探前景中的多孔储层中发现了石油，非正式命名为Araucária。

该公司补充称，将对油井数据进行分析，以便更好地针对该地区的勘探活动，并评估发现的潜力。

Petrobras hits new oil discovery in Brazil’s pre-salt area

Brazilian oil and gas giant Petrobras has identified the presence of oil in the pioneer well of the Uirapuru block, located in the Santos Basin pre-salt.

Petrobras informed on Thursday tha the pioneer well is located about 200 km off the coast of the city of Santos (SP), at a water depth of 1,995 meters, with the discovery of oil in porous reservoirs in the exploratory prospect known informally as Araucária.

The well data will be analyzed to better target the exploratory activities in the area and assess the potential of the discovery, the company added.
