俄气石油将继续独自开发梅列托亚哈油气项目

据俄罗斯油气网4月14日圣彼得堡报道，荷兰皇家壳牌公司日前已告诉俄罗斯天然气工业石油公司(俄气石油)，由于具有挑战性的外部环境，壳牌公司将不会寻求完成一项旨在通过梅列托亚哈油气项目建立一家合资企业的协议。

俄气石油将按照先前批准的工作计划继续独自开发这些之前打算组成合资企业一部分的许可证区块。 合资企业拥有梅列托亚哈油气田、Tazovsky Severo-Sambrugsky区块以及位于亚马尔涅涅茨自治区的两个Zapadno-Yubileiny区块。在此基础上，Tazovsky油田的开发和商业生产预计将在2020年底开始。

壳牌公司作出的有关这笔交易的决定不会影响其在俄罗斯发展其业务的承诺，包括与俄气石油在目前和潜在新的机会上的合作。

Gazprom Neft to continue its development of the Meretoyakhaneftegaz project independently

Shell has advised Gazprom Neft that, due to the challenging external environment, it will not pursue the completion of a deal to create a joint venture through Meretoyakhaneftegaz.

Gazprom Neft will continue developing those license blocks previously intended to form part of the joint venture (the Meretoyakhinskoye field, the Tazovsky and Severo-Sambrugsky blocks, and two Zapadno-Yubileiny blocks in the Yamal Nenets Autonomous District) independently, in accordance with the previously approved work plan. On which basis, development of and commercial production at the Tazovsky field is expected to start by end-2020.

This decision by Shell with regard to this transaction will not impact its commitment to developing its business in Russia, including cooperation with Gazprom Neft, on current and potential new opportunities.
