伊拉克与埃尼谈判在祖拜尔油田新建炼油厂

据石油新闻2020年9月9月迪拜报道，伊拉克石油部长Ihsan Ismaael日前在与总部位于约旦的伊拉克商业委员会的网络直播中表示，伊拉克时下正在与意大利石油巨头埃尼公司就在伊拉克南部祖拜尔油田附近建造一个具有日加工30万桶原油能力的的炼油厂进行谈判，这个新建炼油厂预计将耗资40亿美元。

Ihsan Ismaael在9月7日举行的网络直播中说，这个项目的第一阶段包括到2025年前试运转15万桶/天。

埃尼公司网站显示，埃尼公司目前持有祖拜尔油田41.56%的股份，其合作伙伴韩国天然气公司(Kogas)持有23.75%的股份，伊拉克国有的巴士拉石油公司(Basra oil Co.)持有29.69%的股份，另一家伊拉克国有合作伙伴持有5%的股份。

Iraq in talks with Italy's ENI to build $4 billion refinery near Zubair field

Iraq is in talks with ENI to build a 300,000 b/d refinery at an estimated cost of $4 billion near the Zubair oil field operated by the Italian company in the southern part of the country, the oil minister told a webcast with Jordan-based Iraqi Business Council.

The first phase of the project includes commissioning 150,000 b/d by 2025, Ihsan Ismaael said in the webcast posted online on Sept. 7.

ENI couldn't be immediately reached for comment.

ENI currently operates the Zubair oil field with a 41.56% stake, alongside partners South Korea's Kogas with 23.75%, state-owned Basra Oil Co. with 29.69% and another state partner with 5%, according to its website.

Zubair is set to produce 700,000 b/d by 2027, Ismaael said, without disclosing current production levels.
