鞑靼石油获批建造正丁烷加工设施

据油气工程10月13日消息称，鞑靼石油t宣布，其拟在俄罗斯Minnibayevo天然气加工厂建设的正丁烷加工装置及相关厂外设施（UPMA）已通过国家审查程序，并获得了施工许可。

该装置的基本设计于2019年11月通过了公开听证会。根据听证会的结果，考虑到改善情况，该项目已被送往国家生态专家，并于2020年5月收到了肯定的结论。

安装设计文件在2020年8月由FAU Glavgosexpertiza进行测试，最终得出了积极的结论。

在MAN建设一座年产5万吨的常规丁烷加工装置，是该公司对Minnibayevo天然气处理厂进行现代化改造的一个阶段。

该装置计划于2023年投入使用，它将帮助企业开始将正丁烷气体加工成固体马来酸酐，用于食品、纺织、制药和化妆品行业的聚合物生产。

Tatneft receives permit to build n-butane processing facility

Tatneft has announced that its proposed construction of an n-butane processing unit and associated off-site facilities (UPMA) at the Minnibayevo gas processing plant in Russia has gone through the state examination procedure and obtained a construction permit.

The basic design of the installation passed the public hearings in November 2019. Based on the results of the hearings, the project was sent to the State Ecological Expertise taking into account the improvements and received a positive conclusion in May 2020.

The installation design documentation was tested by the FAU Glavgosexpertiza in August 2020, which ended with a positive conclusion.

The construction of a normal butane processing unit at MAN with a capacity of 50 000 tpy is one of the stages of the company's modernisation of the Minnibayevo Gas Processing Plant.

The commissioning of the unit is scheduled for 2023 and it will help the enterprise to begin the processing of n-butane gas into solid maleic anhydride used in the production of polymers, in the food, textile, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
