据油田技术4月6日消息称，海王星能源公司已经完成了对温特沙尔在德国埃姆斯兰和Grafschaft Bentheim地区几个油气田的权益的收购。

该协议将增加海王星在Adorf、Apeldorn和Ringe气田以及在Adorf-Scheerhorn、Georgsdorf和Ringe油田的现有权益。这将使海王星在德国的生产量组合增加约1800桶油当量/天，增幅约为10％。

Neptune Energy has completed the acquisition of interests in several oil and gas fields in Emsland and the Grafschaft Bentheim region of Germany from Wintershall Dea.

The agreement will increase Neptune’s existing interests in the Adorf, Apeldorn and Ringe gas fields and in the Adorf-Scheerhorn, Georgsdorf and Ringe oilfields. It will add approximately 1800 boe/d to Neptune’s production portfolio in Germany – an increase of around 10%.
