进口高温电磁阀是一种先导直动型的电磁阀，其广泛应用于船舶重工、测试设备、加热设备、液压设备等，工作温度在300℃以上的导热系统中。如电站抽气管道疏水系统和蒸发器的排气系统中，主要是对管道中的介质进行双位自动调节和远程控制。

产品特点

　　　德国泰科电磁阀阀芯均为不锈活塞式，活塞环用特殊耐温、耐磨材料制作；活塞与金属阀腔不产生直接摩擦，阀体安装方向无限制；特制线圈，并采用散热的结构方式，因此不易烧毁；长时间停止动作重新启动，动作同样灵敏；最低启动压力0.2MPa。

工作原理

电磁铁通电后，连杆被提升，随着转轴开始转动，这运动作用于导阀而开主阀；断电后，在衔铁自重及返回弹簧作用下，半上导阀，导阀关闭后，靠压差关闭主阀。

　　常闭：当线圈通电时，先导阀芯吸合，先导孔打开，阀上卸压，活塞靠下腔介质压力推动，电磁阀打开；当线圈断电时，先导阀芯靠弹簧复位，先导孔关闭，阀上腔由活塞节流孔增压和复位弹簧的推力，阀关闭。

　　常开：当线圈通电时，先导孔关闭，阀上腔由活塞节流孔增压和复位弹簧的推力，电磁阀关闭。当线圈断电时，先导阀芯靠弹簧复位，先导孔打开，阀上腔卸压，活塞靠下腔介质压力推动，电磁阀打开

安装须知

在安装电磁阀前：（1）请阅读本说明书，并核对电磁阀型号和规格；（2）冲洗管道。

2、电磁阀安装方向：介质流通方应与阀体上箭头方向一致；电磁线圈部分应竖直向上。

3、不要将本阀安装于管道低凹处，以免因蒸汽凝结水，杂质等沉积在阀内而妨碍动作。

4、本阀不可在爆炸危险场合使用。

5、电磁阀安装处应留有一定空间，以便散热及日常保养与定期保养。
