进口高压电磁阀概述：

　进口高压电磁阀分直动式和先导式两种结构原理，领先设计的三维密封结构可灵活选配不同的密封材料，阀门可达零泄漏．高压电磁阀有黄铜高压电磁阀和不锈钢高压电磁阀．

进口高压电磁阀安装注意事项：

　　1、安装前应参阅该产品的使用说明书,是否符合你的使用要求。

　　2、管路使用之前应冲洗干净,介质不清洁的应安装过滤器,以防止杂质妨碍电磁阀的正常工作。

3、长时间停用后的电磁阀,应排清凝结物后方便使用;拆洗时各零件要按顺序放好再恢复原状装好。

　　4、电磁阀一般是单向工作的,不能反装,阀上箭头是管路流体的运动方向,必须保持一致。

　　5、电磁阀在结冰场所重新工作时应加热处理,或设置保温措施。

6、电磁阀安装一般阀体水平,线圈垂直向上,有部分产品可以任意安装,但在条件允许时最好垂直,以增长使用寿命。

7、电磁线圈引出线(接插件)连接好后,应确认是否牢固,联接电器元件触点不应抖动,松动将引起电磁阀不工作。连续要生产工作的电磁阀,最好采用旁路,便于检修,不影响生产。

工作原理：

　　　常闭：当线圈通电时，先导阀芯吸合，先导孔打开，阀上腔卸压，活塞靠下腔介质压力推动，电磁阀打开；当线圈断电时，先导阀芯靠弹簧复位，先导孔关闭，阀上腔由活塞节流孔增压和复位弹簧的推力，电磁阀关闭。

　　　常开：当线圈通电时，先导孔关闭，阀上腔由活塞节流孔增压和复位弹簧的推力，电磁阀关闭。当线圈断电时，先导阀芯靠弹簧复位，先导孔打开，阀上腔卸压，活塞靠下腔介质压力推动，电磁阀打开。

Imported high-pressure solenoid valve installation considerations:

How it works:
