LIPH3TG恒温混水阀是专为热水系统研制的配套产品，广泛应用于电热水器，太阳能热水器及地热采暖水系统和恒温水等方面。用户可以根据需要设定水温度，所需设定的出水温度，所需温度可以迅速达到并且稳定下来，保持出水温度恒定，且不受供水水温、流量、水压变化的影响，解决出水温度忽冷忽热等问题。当冷水供就中断时，恒温混水阀可以迅速切断热水，起到安全保护作用。

 工作原理Working principle：

  在恒温混水阀的出水口处，装有一个热敏元件，利用热敏元件的特性推动阀芯移动，改变冷、热水进入的比例，达到动态平衡，从而使出水温度始终保持恒定。

工作原理：

在恒温混水阀的混水出口处，装配有热敏感温组件，水温变化使热敏组件膨胀或收缩控制阀内阀芯移动，封堵或者开启冷、热水的进水口。当温度调节旋钮设定某一温度后，混水阀通过调节进入出水口的冷热水比例，使出水温度始终保持恒定。

不会受热水温度的降低、用水量的增减或水压变化的影响。

进口恒温混水阀在太阳能系统上的应用

太阳能热水器公司为了使用户冬天早上能洗上热水澡，都大大地提高了集热能力！但冬季的热量达到了“标准”，夏季、秋季的热量就会过剩，超高温热水输出的现象就不可避免！造成消费者使用不当而引发的烫伤案例也屡见不鲜。

遗憾的是没有厂家去考虑太阳能热水器防烫安全的问题，在日照充分或多天不用情况下，落水式太阳能热水器的高输出水温可以达到100℃，承压式甚至会更高，因此对选用的热水管也必须是耐高温的，这样不但提高了成本，还留下了隐患。

要是应用了德国雷普的恒温混水阀问题就迎刃而解，不用考虑热水是80℃还是100℃，只要将恒温阀设定为40℃，那么就会得到40℃的出水。
